What is Partially Customizable ?
​
It means that any of our Pre-designed structures can be built with shipping containers or steel frame modules. The latter allow for greater flexibility in width and height and exterior finish. Choose any of these designs in 8, 10, or 12 foot wide modules, or mix and match widths to make it just right for you!
If you like the look of the shipping container but need more space, this is a great option.
Predesigned also does not mean cookie-cutter. In order to make each home unique and personalized, our clients choose all interiors, including windows and door styles, flooring, cabinetry, appliances, bathroom and lighting fixtures, exterior siding and interior and exterior paint color .
Partially Customizable
The pricing of the following designs may vary per market. There are many factors that affect pricing: labor, fabrication costs, manufacturing methods, characteristics of the land, and local regulations. The below prices are for units built with 8 feet wide modules/ shipping containers with flooring, roof, black frame windows/doors and metal siding; ready for your own personalized touch. Select interior fixtures and finishes from our carefully crafted spec sheet or hand-pick your own! Please note that stated prices are for the home only and do not include engineering, permits, site work, foundation, delivery, installation and partial customization fees.
